We are a family of Rice graduates that own and operate well-maintained apartments primarily in the Rice / Medical Center area of Houston, TX. As former students, we get how important it is to have a place to call ‘home’ during the school year. We also understand that as a student, your budget might not have much wiggle room. That’s why we specialize in making high-quality apartments available to Rice students right near campus. You’ll have easy access to campus and all the things you need to succeed while also having space to relax and get away when needed.
