Leasing FAQ

  • Is there an application fee? Nope! We don’t charge you to apply, you shouldn’t have to pay money just to show interest in a property.
  • What is the leasing process? Once you’ve picked the unit you want to call home you’ll fill out a simple free application, we’ll draft your lease and send it to you, and then all that’s left is for you to sign and pay the security deposit!
  • How long are the leases for? We offer 12 month leases! Occasionally we can make exceptions but we do those on a case to case basis.
  • Can I sublet my unit? Yes, you can sublet with management approval! We understand that you might go home for the summer or study abroad and welcome sublets. There’s just a small $50 administration fee for getting all the paperwork taken care of.
  • How do I get my utilities set up? In many of our leases, we take care of water, gas (if applicable), trash, and electricity for a flat monthly fee. Depending on the property, internet service and WiFi may or may not be provided.
  • My unit is furnished, what all is included? Our standard bedroom furniture package includes a bed frame, mattress, under-bed storage, nightstand, desk, chair, and a dresser or closet space! The standard living room package includes a couch, end table, coffee table, TV stand and a 65″ TV!
  • Looking for a roommate? When you contact us, please let us know you’re looking for a roommate, and we’ll do our best to pair you with a compatible roommate.
