Move-Out FAQs

Do I have to be present for my Move-Out Inspection?

  • Yes! We require at least one resident to be present for the inspection. This way we can clearly communicate anything that is outside of normal wear and tear before sending an official invoice.

How clean is clean?

  • We expect all residents to remove ALL trash and personal items. We then require residents to sweep the floors and ensure there is no dirt, hair, or debris in any drawers or on the counters. Please make sure to check the bottom of your fridge. If additional cleaning is required, residents will be subject to charges.

How do I turn in my keys?

  • If your unit is locked by an electronic deadbolt, please leave all keys, electronic door openers & parking passes on the kitchen counter in an envelope marked with your name when vacating your unit. Your keys may include but are not limited to building, apartment, mailbox, storage, laundry, and bike rooms. Don’t forget to leave your garage door openers, gate openers, and parking passes!

What if I lost my key?

  • We understand it happens, but losing a key will result in a fine. There will be a $100 lost key charge placed on your final invoice.
